Salvatore Galifi - Managing Director, Acquisitions & Marketing

After graduating from the Schulich School of Business, Salvatore Galifi went to work for Otera Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate lenders in North America. At Otera Capital, Salvatore Galifi specialized in the origination and underwriting of mid to large size ($20 million - $400 million) commercial real estate development projects in Ontario, Western Canada and the United States. After gaining valuable experience in real estate development finance, Salvatore Galifi co-founded SLG Capital and has since completed multiple successful residential real estate projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Luca Bartella - Managing Director, Project Financing & Investor Relations

Luca purchased his first investment property in Toronto in 2014 while studying at the Schulich School of Business. After graduation, Luca went on to work in finance at RBC Global Asset Management, while continuing to invest in real estate in his spare time. Luca’s passion for real estate and creative deal making lead him to leave the corporate world and co-found SLG Capital where he now uses his experience in finance to purchase, renovate and sell investment properties to provide superior returns to SLG Capital and their investors. Luca believes that deals are created, not found.

Giacomo Vecchiarelli - Managing Director, Sales & Construction

Giacomo also began his real estate investing career at an early age, purchasing his first property at 20 years old. Giacomo brings 10 years of sales experience, having ventured into various industries until finding his true passion – real estate. Giacomo is a licensed real estate agent and sales representative with Remax, specializing not only in selling homes but also building relationships. Beyond sales, Giacomo’s experience in project management, together with his sense of design, has played a key role in creating an exceptional finished product in each of SLG Capital’s real estate investments.

Luca Finamore - Home Buying Specialist

Since joining SLG, Luca has fallen in love with Real Estate. He uses his spare time learning about building a real estate portfolio and the opportunities real estate can present. Since joining SLG he has even acquired a rental property and is looking to expand his investments! Luca has always had a passion for working with people, ensuring that he creates win-win scenarios. He believes that being a dependable, humble, and dedicated individual is the key to success in this industry. Luca will work tirelessly to go the extra mile for his clients, ensuring that the process of selling their home is stress free, easy, and fair.
Anthony Lupo - Home Buying Representative

Tony uses his expertise from his experience in service and sales management, allowing him to him to excel and provide excellent customer service as a Lead Intake Manager. His ability to multi-task and wear different hats has allowed him to handle Real Estate deals full circle from inception, to preparing houses for resale. His outgoing, friendly, personable demeanour shines through both in person or on the phone. He will always go over and above to ensure the sale of your home is a comfortable and a pleasant experience.
Jocelyn Chaparro - Dispositions Manager

Jocelyn holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Wilfrid Laurier university. After graduation, Jocelyn went on to work in finance at RBC Capital Markets for almost 6 years before quitting and pursuing her passion in real estate full time. Jocelyn purchased her first investment property in 2018 and has since worked on a number of flips. She is able to see past the work a property needs and rather focuses on the potential. In her spare time Jocelyn likes to listen to real estate podcasts, play soccer and hang out with friends.
Daniel Eidian - Home Buying Representative
Daniel's background in sales and customer account management shines through when making connections with clients. He is determined to help clients feel comfortable and confident with taking the first step in learning more about selling their property. Daniel understands that selling a property can be a daunting task, and strives to provide a seamless experience. He approaches every day with a positive attitude, and looks forward to providing clients with the best possible guidance.
Sabrina Cristiano - Office Manager
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sabrina aims to support the SLG team to deliver exceptional administrative assistance on a daily basis. Currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Human Resources, Sabrina is determined to maintain and enhance the accommodating and healthy work environment SLG has established thus far. Sabrina is passionate about supporting her team and working with others to complete daily tasks as efficiently and effectively as possible to ensure smooth delivery of client sales.
